Martín Migoya - CEO
Martin has extensive experience in business management, sales and marketing. Prior to co-founding Globant, Martin was Director of Business Development at a large consulting and technology services company, developing the IT and ERP market in Brazil and Argentina.
At Origin BV Holland, he was Latin America's Regional Business Manager, where he was instrumental in managing and developing high technology businesses related to SAP and the Internet, with customers like Procter & Gamble, Renault and Roemmers Laboratories. Previously, Martín worked as Project Manager for REPSOL - YPF, Argentina's largest oil-and-gas company.
As Globant CEO, Martin's focus is to drive revenue, objectives and profitability. He oversees the company's long-term goals, planning and analysis. Under his direction, the company has had a growth rate of 100% per year: currently it employs 1000 professionals and estimates revenues of $40 millions for 2008. During this period, Globant has been recognized by prestigious institutions:
• The MIT has written a business case about the company entitled “Globant, Leading the IT Revolution in Latin America”
• It was selected as the Best Exporter of IT Services by ExportAr Foundation
• It was recognized as the Leading Emerging Global Services Provider by Global Services Magazine
Together with the other three Globant´s founders, Martin was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005. Moreover, he was awarded with the Konex Award as the Innovative Executive of 2008.
Martin has lived and worked in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and UK. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Plata University and a Master degree in Business Administration from CEMA University.

Martín Umaran - COO
Martin has extensive experience in business and operations management for the technology and logistics industries. Prior to co-founding Globant, Martín executed complex projects for Santander Bank, Caja de Ahorro y Seguros and the public administration of different countries in Latin America. At YPF Ecuador, Martin implemented the automation systems and maintenance of the company´s facilities in the Amazonas. He also worked at Roman Logistics, where he served in the business development area.
Thanks to the high quality of its products and services, Globant´s portfolio of customers mainly includes Fortune 500 companies. Moreover, Globant has been recognized as Top Emerging Global Service Provider by Global Services Magazine, and the MIT uses its business case entitled: “Globant, Leading the IT Revolution in Latin America" in its Global Entrepreneurship Lab.
Together with his three partners, also co-founders of Globant, Martín was selected Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005.
Martín has lived and worked in Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela and UK. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from La Plata University and a Master in Business Administration from IDEA University.

Néstor Nocetti - VP Innovation Labs Néstor has wide experience in the information technology industry. Prior to co-founding Globant, Nestor worked on several projects related to Geographic Information Systems, for Light Rio de Janeiro, electricity provider in Brazil and UTE, public electricity provider in Uruguay. He also worked as consultant on issues related to IT development, strategy and operations in the oil-and-gas market, for ENAP Chile and YPF Argentina. As our VP Innovation Labs, Néstor is in charge of delivering the adequate structure for business consolidation and expansion, aligned with the corporate objectives and vision. Under his direction, Globant has developed Glow, an advanced tool that enables us to exactly match the skill requirements for the scope with our resource pools, building High Performance Teams with the perfect mixture of skills for each product development need. Thanks to projects like this one, Globant has grown at a 100% annual rate since it was born. Among other recognitions, the company has been distinguished as Top Emerging Global Service Provider by Global Services Magazine, and has been selected by the MIT to write a business case entitled: “Globant, Leading the IT Revolution in Latin America". Guibert Englebienne - CTO
Guibert has an extensive experience in the information technology and communication industries. Prior to co-founding Globant, Guibert was IBM's scientific researcher and later headed Technology for CallNow.com Inc.. He also conceived and developed several US patented technologies for the telecom sector.
As Globant CTO, Guibert leads the software product development practice and the human capital area. He has spearheaded initiatives that make the company a place with a unique culture, enabling Globant to grow at a 100% annual rate from day 1, both in headcount and revenue. The company has a strong employee culture that seeks to take care of its employees both personally and professionally, and Guibert is responsible for implementing different programs to ensure team satisfaction, retention and contribution. Some of these initiatives include a mentoring program, coaching program and certifications. As a result, Globant is now considered as a role model in Argentina among the ‘best places to work’.
Through Guibert’s guidance, Globant has become an expert in some of the most relevant technologies of these times, such as Social Networks, Videogames and Mobile. It has also become the first company to be certified around Google popular technologies OpenSocial, Google Checkout and Google App Engine and has actively contributed with the open source communities with different applications. This expertise has placed Globant as one of the top providers in the industry.
