Since Globant´s foundation we had in mind many of the CSR concepts and have been executing dozens of actions, which today are part of our Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
Our History
Globant´s story began in 2003, when Martín Migoya, Martín Umaran, Guibert Englebienne and Néstor Nocetti decided to set up a new business with a clear goal in mind: create a company leader in the creation of innovative software products from Latin America to the world, bringing value to the customers and society.
It all started when these four engineers noticed the astonishing growth of the IT outsourcing industry in India. Using that as an inspiration, they all left their jobs at multinational companies in order to start their own project.
Seven years later, their dream is coming true. Globant is now a global player in the IT services marketplace. We specialize in agile methodologies and in rationally blending mature Open Source technologies with proprietary software, with a team of more than 1500 professionals working side-by-side with our clients, irrespective of their location.
All the innovation and growth led Globant to win many awards and recognitions from prestigious institutions, including the MIT, Endeavor, Global Services, La Nación and Mercurio.
