Telinfor is Argentina’s largest IVR platform. It has 70 E1 trunks (2100 simultaneous calls) at multiple locations and protocols; and provides service to TV shows (televote, trivia) with unmatched performance requirements.
Some challenges included:
- Enable the platform to respond to high peaks of traffic (during show time);
- Avoid downtime: every answered call means revenues;
- Implement complex fraud prevention policies in real time;
- Implement “minor” lines of business: additional applications like dating, massive outbound calling, calling card and teleconference. All using the same platform.
