Alfredo Lagranda has a wide background in the IT industry. He was the Service Support Director at WIT SA, an argentinian private company, where he managed the Service Support organization, sales and partner relationship with companies like ACER, Nortel, Autodesk, Wang , and other local partners.
His career continued in Sun Microsystems Argentina as Technical Operation Manager for SOLA region, (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Ecuador & Bolivia) and Regional Country Manager for SOLA region. Growing his career at Sun Microsystems, in 2005, he accepted a regional position as Service Support Director for ACC region ( Andean & Caribbean Countries ). In 2009, he moved to Mexico to take responsibilities as Service Support Director for Sun Microsystems of Mexico, the largest Sun operation in Latin america.
In 2010, he became Oracle Sun Service Support Director for Latin america, managing an operation of U$S 200 M in revenue of support services.
Starting 2011, he joined Globant as VP Business Development for Sustainable Infostructure Studio, adding his expertise to lead the worldwide studio growth. Dedicated, results oriented professional with a proven track record developing business areas across Latin America. His leadership has also allowed him to lead multiple teams in different countries in LA.
Alfredo has a degree of Bachelor in Management & Direction at AIU- USA, Electronic Engineering studies at UTN-Argentina, and graduated in Digital Techniques & Microprocessors at CAT Institute sponsored by UTN-Argentina.

Diego Santillan started his career in the IT industry in 1993 in the development area acting as developer, technical leader and software architect for the banking industry.
In 2001 he started in Operations as a Project Manager at EDS and later on became Metrics & Configuration Management SME as part of the Organizational Process and Improvement group .
In 2003 he started as an Operations Manager in the travel industry at Rassa Holdings for 3 years.
In 2006 he became the COO of Accendra Networks for two years. In 2008 he joined Globant as a Delivery Manager and in 2009 he became a Studio Partner for the Consumer Experience Studio responsible for the operations, economic goals, business growth and customer relationship.
