
Pablo has over 20 years of experience in the High Tech Industry. Nowadays, he is a partner of Prosperitas Capital Partners, a financial management company that has established the first Venture Capital Fund in Uruguay. In 1993 he co-founded Alvarion (formerly BreezeCOM) in Israel, bringing the company from a small start up with 2 employees into a company of more than $100 Million revenues, with 600 employees, going through a successful IPO in NASDAQ in March 2000. At Alvarion Mr. Brenner acted as Vice President of Research and Development at the Tel Aviv Headquarters, and later as VP Latin America (being responsible for 20% of the company's worldwide sales). Currently, he is Vice-Chairman of the Board for Endeavor Uruguay.

Gabriel has over 13 years of professional experience in software development on different technologies and platforms.
He is currently a member of Globant's Premier League as its C and Web 2.0 Guru, where he is responsible for leading the software development practices for Google, Electronic Arts, LinkedIn and other. He has been training Globers in different technologies since he started to work in the company.
Before joining Globant, he worked as a technical leader for the Economy Ministry of Argentina (1998-1999) and for Red Link (One of Argentina’s ATM Networks) 2000-2006, where he designed and developed high availability software for different platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, Tandem, Mobile Phones, Web, other).
Gabriel has wide expertise as a teacher, since he has been a university professor at University of Buenos Aires for over 7 years.
Gabriel has a Software Engineering degree from University of Buenos Aires and holds an MBA degree from IAE Austral University (Argentina).

André Giolito is an IT professional with 10 years of experience. He has deep knowledge on managing high-Growth IT businesses with leading accounting firms. Since 2003 he has leaded large multi-disciplinary teams across Latin America, USA and UK.
He is currently working as Operation Partner of the Big Data & High Performance Solutions Studio, managing 36 teams accross the region. Moreover, he also leads Globant´s development center in Colombia, Bogotá, supervising a team of 180 professionals.
