Riverwood Capital LLC
Riverwood Capital LLC is an investment firm involved in venture capital and private equity activities. The firm manages and invests capital from a selected group of recognized international executives and investors, led by Michael Marks (Chairman and former CEO of Flextronics, Senior Advisor to KKR), Jim Davidson (Founder of Silver Lake) and Richard Sharp (former Chairman and CEO of Carmax, and former CEO of Circuit City). Francisco Alvarez-Demalde serves as a Director in representation of Riverwood Capital. Riverwood is bringing to the table a very relevant experience to help our company go to the following level.

Michael Marks
Michael E. Marks founded Riverwood Capital, firm that invests in venture capital and private equity opportunities in technology and emerging markets. Michael joined the Menlo Park, CA office of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) in January 2006 as a Member and transitioned to the role of Senior Advisor in January 2007. KKR is one of the world's most experienced and successful private equity firms, specialized in large, complex buyouts. Michael serves on the boards of five KKR portfolio companies: Sun Microsystems, Aricent (as Chairman of the Board), Avago Technologies Ltd., Accellent and Air Canada Technical Services.

Prior to joining KKR, Michael served as Chief Executive Officer of Flextronics, a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services provider headquartered in San Jose, CA. Under his leadership, Flextronics realized steady growth from $93 million in 1993 to over $15 billion in 2005. Michael remains Chairman of the Board of Flextronics.

Michael also sits on the boards of SanDisk Corporation (Sunnyvale, CA), Crocs, Inc. (Boulder, CO), Schlumberger Limited (New York, NY), and The V Foundation for Cancer Research (Cary, NC), and was formerly a Director of Alien Technology, Chatham Technologies and KLA-Tencor, among other companies.

Michael received both a Bachelors and Masters of Arts from Oberlin College in Ohio. He subsequently received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1977.

Francisco Alvarez-Demalde
Francisco Alvarez-Demalde is an Investment Executive at Eton Park Capital Management, a global private investment firm that manages committed capital in excess of $9.0 billion investing in public and private securities as well as special situations worldwide. Francisco focuses on private equity and illiquid investments in Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Eton Park, Francisco was with Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co. (KKR) in the Menlo Park and New York offices, where he was focused on retail, technology, business services, industrials and energy investment opportunities in North America and Asia. Prior to joining KKR, Francisco was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Latin America and Industrials and Natural Resources groups based in New York, where he was involved in several domestic and international merger, acquisition and financing transactions. Previously, he worked for BCG in Latin America. Francisco was directly involved in several private equity investments including Toys ‘R’ Us, India-based Aricent, Accuride Corporation, Air Canada Technical Services (ACTS), Uruguay-based Pluna, Argentina-based Globant, among others. Francisco serves on the boards of three companies based in Latin America and holds a B.S. in Economics, with Honors, from Universidad de San Andres (Argentina).

FS Partners
FS Partners is an independent financial services provider, focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting and Private Equity Advisory. FS Partners provides investment banking advisory services, leveraging the team’s ample local and international experience. The firm is run by Pablo Teubal (with over ten years of experience in finance in Latin America) and Pedro Querio (with over ten years of experience in investment banking and private equity in Latin America).*

Pablo Teubal
Mr. Teubal has over ten years of experience in finance in Latin America. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires and an MBA with High Honors from Boston University, Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Teubal worked in financial analysis, valuations and acquisitions at Chilgener Argentina (currently AES). After that he worked for 7 years at Compass, a Latin America private equity fund, where he led the acquisition of several records management companies in Argentina and neighboring countries and their sale to Iron Mountain Inc. He was also involved in the analysis and negotiation of acquisitions in Chile, Brazil and Peru and served as a member of the Board of Compass Argentina S.A., the asset management branch of Compass Capital, and Iron Mountain South America Inc.

Teubal has significant hands on management experience. He led the successful consolidation of three records management companies, and during 2004 took over Iron Mountain Argentina as an interim CEO during a crucial management turnaround in the company.

Mr. Teubal is a founder and Managing Director of FS Partners. He also serves on the Board of Iron Mountain Argentina S.A. and Globant LLC. Teubal speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Pedro Querio
Mr. Querio has over ten years of experience in investment banking and private equity in Latin America. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and CPA from Universidad Católica Argentina and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Querio started his career at Merchant Bankers Asociados – a Salomon Brothers affiliate –where he participated in deals for over $ 100 million in Argentina’s leading M&A house. Following his MBA he worked for seven years at Bank of America’s Latin America private equity fund, first in Chicago and later as the partner in charge of their offices and operations in Argentina. He has served in the Board of several Latin American companies including eki descuento, Argentina’s first hard discount retailer, Publicidad Sarmiento S.A., South America’s largest outdoor advertising company and Maxcom, a Mexican local and long distance telephone operator.

Querio has significant operating experience. In 2002, he was in charge of the restructuring and turn-around of eki descuento. Additionally, Mr. Querio was in charge of the start-up of Difusión Panorámica, S.A. de C.V., one of Mexico’s largest outdoor advertising firms.

Mr. Querio is a founder and Managing Director of FS Partners. He also serves on the Board of Globant LLC. He speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English.
