DeRemate.com facilitates commercial transactions, delivering an easy-to-use and secure environment where thousand of users buy and sell products and services every day.

Some challenges included:

• Functional and non functional study of the current eCommerce site;
• Identify key bottlenecks in every process which affected time-to-market;
• Analyze DeRemate´s current technological approach and recommend an open-source based architecture;
• Develop a solution to allow both generations of the webpage to live in parallel.
