It's represented by more than 100 sales offices and distribution partners in more than 50 countries. With 2005 revenues of $9.66 billion, it employs nearly 31,000 people worldwide.

At this present time, it has 50 sites worldwide including its corporate. Outside its local market, following corporate politics, the web site maintenance is outsourced. The job involves keep the site updated, acting in accordance with corporate changes and also localization activities are required from developers, so as to adjust site content to local audiences.
The developers should have a full knowledge about local customer's practices and habits so as to let them feel that the content has been tailored for them.
Apart from web maintenance, they need to take care of their communications through email; that is to say newsletters, invitations, greetings, direct deals and any other marketing pieces sent by email.

To monitor each campaign sent by email we offer a service that controls all the email cycle: since its production to the final report of a campaign. This service includes email design, delivery and a report capability, being able to realize email marketing effort. We can provide reports about any interaction that the recipient does with the email: Sent, Opened, Bounced and Click Trough.
The Result
Starting with 6 sites to do website maintenance we are now looking after 19: Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom & Ireland and Venezuela. Internet Marketing services are provided also to Switzerland.
Monthly, regular newsletters are sent out for United Kingdom, Brazil, Latin America countries, European Middle East Asia countries, Spain and Canada.
Weekly, several campaigns are designed and delivered by Globant promoting events, communicating news or updates, taking people to visit the site, inviting prospects or customers to attend seminars or road shows.
Regarding present metrics, and excluding US visits, Globant is responsible for the 20% of the whole site traffic.
