Diversity is a key component of our culture and we believe it strongly fosters creativity and innovation in every single one of our teams,” said Fernando Matzkin, Chief Business Officer of Globant North America.
For more than a decade, HITEC has honored Hispanic professionals on the HITEC 100 list as part of the organization’s mission to increase Hispanic representation and build stronger technology and executive leaders in the diversity-challenged technology industry. By valuing diverse leadership within the organization, Globant is better able to help organizations reinvent themselves to create a way forward and unleash their potential.
“Globant prides itself in being responsible for some of the strongest talent within Latin tech. They drove Latin America to become the epicenter of transformation for many global companies and provided incredible opportunities for me to contribute to our growth over the past ten years. “What I love about working at Globant is that it truly embraces and prioritizes diversity throughout the world. I have the opportunity to work with a wide range of talented Globers across very different clients, and value this HITEC 100 recognition as a way to continue mentoring the next generation of tech professionals,” said Nelly Ortiz, Sr. Director of Business Hacking of Globant North America.
