SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 14, 2014 -- Today, Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a new-breed of technology services company focused on delivering innovative software, announced that it has closed a multi-year agreement to commence providing services to AEP Energy, a subsidiary of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP), a major electric utility in the United States.

With this partnership, Globant continues to expand its portfolio of clients, strengthening its footprint. From its Latin American development centers, Globant will be able to combine its expertise in engineering, creativity and innovation to provide software development services to AEP Energy.
