Code Your Future - Young Talent Program
The IT industry generates millions of job opportunities, even faster than the education system provides trained personnel. This generates a big training gap worldwide but also an opportunity. At Globant, we aim to reduce this gap through education opportunities for our region’s young talent. We invest in several initiatives that have the potential to transform their future in the very short term.
Women That Build: a real impact in IT
Women That Build is our campaign to promote the inclusion and professional growth of women in our industry. It is a space where we encourage the participation of women in the technology industry, boosting the diversity and balance of talent, both within the organization and outside doors, in the communities we are part of.
Breaking down barriers for disabilities
To open our doors to talented and diverse teams, we have developed this program with different actions and instances: - Awareness of work teams - Workplace and facilities accomodation for Accessibility - Equality framework and context for talent selection process. We use the same recruitment and selection techniques based on the applicant's competencies in relation to the job
Proud Globers: LGBTQIA+ Support
At Globant, we believe that unlimited voices bring unlimited power. This program has been created to celebrate, support, and raise awareness about LGBTQIA+ rights. With the motto “Diversity makes us stronger and unique," information sessions, open discussion panels, and coaching support are organized to raise awareness and learn about LGBTQIA+ experiences.

B.I.G. Reboot your career!
Is an initiative that aims to empower women who are currently on a career break and looking to relaunch their technological expedition. Have you taken a leave or left your studies due to personal issues? Do you know someone who wants to come back to the job market after a break? This is a chance to reboot and come back to the game! This initiative started in India and will spread to other countries as well.

Equality Campaigns

We believe it imperative to work together to build a more equitable and inclusive world. We decided to support different groups, contributing our grain of sand, from what we know how to do.

Coffee with Protagonists

We organize virtual talks where we seek to open dialogue and discussion on various topics.

#Iamremarkable sessions

Empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.

Hour of Code

This initiative introduces basic coding concepts to children and adolescents in a fun and interactive way, based on the material from the Hour of Code.

Alianza Futuro Digital

SENA Since 2019, a group of Globanteers in Medellín have assisted and supported “Alianza Futuro Digital” program by teaching youth from public schools how to think, develop, test and make public a digital product through practical courses on UX, Fronted, Backend, Testing and performance.

HolaCode

We have been working with HolaCode in organizing Tech talks and trainings with Globant experts to the HolaCode community. Globers have also provided HolaCoders with training in soft skills and technical capacity development.

D&I Learning Path

This Path has the purpose of becoming a journey for you to Be Kind to your peers. With Glober engagement and continuous learning, we aim to keep driving Globant as a place with a great work environment for all Globers! One where gender equality, cultural diversity, and inclusion are core to our DNA and is aligned with our commitment to honor all people
