What Are We Looking For?
A Human Resources Specialist that handles and provides support for various HR related functions. This position will act as a key liaison between employees, management and necessary carriers to resolve administrative related tasks and ensure effective utilization of the department processes. This position provides administrative support to the HR function as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, updates to the HRIS system). The HR Specialist also ensures tasks are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations are followed.

You Will Get The Chance To
Manage New hire setup in our internal tool, Success factors and ADP and related documents; Coordinate on-boarding sessions and deliver first day orientation Manage and keep up to date I-9 documents Focal point for employees to answer questions regarding PTO, enrollment in health insurance, coverage, Globant policies, use of internal tools (Invgate, My Time, SSF, ADP) Overseeing effective employee benefits administration processes Performs benefit administration, including claims resolution, and communicating benefits information to employees and works with our broker and carriers for Medical, Dental, Vision, ancillary lines of coverage Responds to inquiries directed to the HR email inbox A key liaison between the Human Resources Department and our third party payroll administrator for any system related issues. Assists with the workers compensation program Administer 401(k) Update and maintain the Human Resources systems by ensuring that employee changes (new hires, benefits eligibility, terminations, etc.) are entered into the systems in a timely manner Assists with various project, research, creating reports, etc. Handle pre-relocation calls with employees coming to US to explain first steps in the US (apply for SSN, open a bank account, complete I-9 form); process relocations in SSF; Be a focal point for all relocated employees regarding any matter that they could have Holidays and time off, Support to Visas and People Legal team for audits, signature of documents, visas requests and document delivery. Process quarterly and yearly reports to ensure compliance with all federal and state agencies Process and follow up of BackGroundChecks Manages sexual harassment training rollout and tracking completion
