What Will Help You Succeed

Previous experience working within a technical pre sales position in a digital space. Subject matter expert or extensive consulting experience. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical matters in a way that is easy to understand. Outstanding storytelling skills (both written and verbal) Previous experience working for a digital player in a similar position Passion for technology Project management experience Experience providing structure to a RFP/RFQ Response Package Ability to lead meetings with project stakeholders Ability successfully manage multiple concurrent projects Interpersonal/leadership skills and ability to work within a multi-cultural context & coordinate across different time zones (ET -3 to ET +2) if needed.

You Will Get The Chance To

Provide technical and project leadership on RFP/RFQ proposals and technical pre-sales activity Drive strategic Globant’s positioning by driving high-end value that follows company’s standards & a client value framework. Develop technical requirements and detailed interface specifications for the engineering team Work with our studios to develop technology and product roadmaps Participate in the development and technical review of industry standards Provide technical support for specific high-value customer projects Conduct retrospectives on ongoing and previous deals to maximize conversion rate on strategic deals Collaborate with Solution Owner’s and Globant’s Studio experts in cutting-edge proposals
