During these 10 years Globant has grown steadily, allowing the Company to build a team of more than 3000 Globers and hire more than 400 young professionals during 2013. In 2012, Globant's revenues increased to USD130 million with a portfolio of clients that includes companies like Google, LinkedIn, National Geographic, Coca Cola and Zynga.

Globant was founded 10 years ago by four friends (Martin Migoya, Martin Umaran, Nestor Nocetti and Guibert Englebienne), who dreamed of creating a company that would break the status quo in the IT industry. They wanted to build an organization that could become the best software product development company in they world. During these 10 years, Globant has developed a strong decentralization policy across the region, aiming to take opportunities to young professionals based in different cities of Latin America. Today, it has offices in Buenos Aires, La Plata, Tandil, Bahía Blanca, Rosario, Córdoba, Tucumán, Resistencia, Montevideo, Sao Paulo, Bogotá, Medellín, San Francisco, Boston and London. With this in mind, Globant plans to open a new development center in Mar del Plata, where it expects to build a team of 100 new Globers.
