New York, February 15th, 2016 - Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a new-breed technology services provider focused on delivering innovative software, announced that it was chosen for the second time as a case study by Harvard Business School (HBS).
Authors Paul A. Gompers (a professor of Business Administration at HBS) and Natee Amornsiripanitch (an analyst and researcher at HBS) analyzed Globant’s strategy and how the company achieved a successful IPO.
The case details the investments that the company received in its history from Riverwood Capital, among other groups, up to the time of the decision to raise capital in more substantial forms. The paper describes some of the challenges the company and its investors faced on this path of growth and expansion in order to achieve its IPO release in July 2014.
