Right now we are seeking exceptional Service Now Developer/Administrator to join our Mobile Studio that is working on a major innovation projects for our clients. These position will require a full-time presence in Orlando,FL.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Perform day to day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the team.
  • General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.
  • Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
  • Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
  • Solution and provide requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
  • Develop and deliver customized portal web pages in ServiceNow using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks
  • Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
  • Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
  • Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules: Discovery, Orchestration, ServiceWatch, PPM, CMDB, etc.
  • Custom Application Development
  • Advise teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc
  • Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production.
  • Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion throughout multiple instances.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
  • Must have experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations and have developed custom applications
  • Knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS)
  • Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, PERL scripting, etc.)
  • Strongly appreciated to have ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and perhaps also certification in ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
  • Years of JavaScript experience including usage of jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks; HTML experience.
  • Years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment.

This position will require a full-time presence in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to test financial integrations
  • Support high impact initiatives and proposing best technology improvements
  • Work with different vendors/customers/partners ensuring best practices to drive integration projects from inception to end.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations throughout the lifecycle of the integration and post-implementation.
  • Configure and schedule integrations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate banking front to back data model, processes and workflows
  • Experience in leverage lending risk models, pricing models, capital, liquidity and RWA calculations, lending pipeline, credit approval, loan execution, reporting, and MIS
  • Experience in collecting requirements, writing specifications, supervise solution delivery, and ensure user adoption
  • Excellent Communication Skills with all levels in the organization- a must

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on an ambitious 2 year technology transformation project for the Investment Banking division of our client in New York City. The project scope covers all aspects of Banker and regulatory processes and includes document management, banker workflows, client and deal management, mobile applications, MIS reporting, and leading-edge big data and predictive analytical tools. 

Details of the Role:

  • Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided.
  • Elicit and document  requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI team to align business requirements end user designs.
  • Analyze and define business processes and business rules using modeling practices.
  • Schedule, prioritize and align business analysis tasks with overall project planning.
  • Produce user stories, business requirements documents, and flow diagrams and other BA artifacts to support the software development. 
  • Support the development team in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.

Essential Skills Needed:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills  with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
  • Extensive knowledge in Products, Projects/Client lifecycle, Finance and Controls in Capital Markets/Primary Markets – M&A, IPO’s, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets.
  • Understanding of software development and modern application architectures in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a user-centered design methodology.
  • Proven experience in either function – Coverage Management, or Finance or Product control or Supervisory Controls for Capital Markets/Primary Markets in the business.
  • Articulate and capable of documenting and getting requirements signed-off, validating application prototypes, supporting user testing and supporting applications after go-live.
  • Experience of writing use cases, data flow diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.

Desirable Skills:

  • Practical understanding of business process modeling.
