Globant acquires 86.25% of Huddle Group to improve both companies’ service portfolio by leveraging Huddle Group’s specialization in Media & Entertainment. As the company did with North American Nextive and Brazilian TerraForum, Globant continues to internationalize its team by acquiring a company with global footprint.
Buenos Aires, October 21st, 2013 - Globant, leader in the creation of innovative software products that appeal to global audiences, announced today that it has acquired through one of its subsidiaries a 86.25% stake in Huddle, a UK company specialized in the development of innovative and agile software solutions with operations in the United States, Argentina and Chile.
