Martín Migoya

Martín has been an entrepreneur since his early youth. In 2003, together with 3 friends he founded Globant, a company that in less than 5 years turned into a multinational focused on the creation of innovative software products.

As Globants CEO, Martín drove the company from a small start-up to an organization with more than 2800 professionals and presence in the US, UK, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Argentina

His passion is to inspire future entrepreneurs, that´s why he frequently gives lectures at different events and has been a jury at the Endeavor Entrepreneurs panel and at La Red Innova. The MIT Sloan School of Management wrote a business case about Globant entitled: "Globant, Leading the IT Revolution in Latin America", and invited Martín to give lectures to their MBA students.

Martín has served as Chairman of our board and Chief Executive Officer since 2005. He worked in the technology industry for more than 18 years, including Business Manager at Origin BV Holland and Project Manager at Repsol-YPF.

Martín was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005 and has won a Konex Award as one of the most innovative entrepreneurs of 2008. He was selected as one the Argentinean Creative of 2009 (Círculo de Creativos de la Argentina) and was awarded with the Security Award as one of the most distinguished Businessmen of the year (2009). He is also a member of the Young President´s Organization (YPO) and was recognized with the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young (2013).

Martín holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Plata University and a Master degree in Business Administration from CEMA University.

Martín Umaran has served as a member of our board as well as Chief Corporate Business Officer since 2012. As Globant´s Chief Corporate Business Officer, Martín is responsible for the company´s Merger & Acquisition process and for its strategic initiatives.

Martín has extensive experience in business and operations management for the technology and logistics industries. Prior to co-founding Globant, Martín executed complex projects for Santander Bank, Caja de Ahorro y Seguros and the public administration of different countries in Latin America. At YPF Ecuador, Martín implemented the automation systems and maintenance of the company´s facilities in the Amazonas. He also worked at Roman Logistics, where he served in the business development area.

Together with his three partners, also co-founders of Globant, Martín was selected Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005.

Martín has lived and worked in Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela and UK. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from La Plata University and a Master in Business Administration from IDEA University.

Guillermo Marsicovetere

As COO Guillermo is responsible for supervising Globant’s product delivery and lead Globant´s growth strategy for existing customers. Guillermo started his career as a software engineer in the mid seventies, working for companies like Burroughs, Wang and Convergente Technologies, among others. Then he joined Sisteco, a Juncal Group company, where he developed his career in software, R&D management, sales, sales management, and operations management. In the mid eighties he became to Sisteco-Open Systems Managing Director.

In 1993 joined Sun Microsystems where he has covered several management positions including Latin America Partner and Sales Director, Southern Cone President and Managing Director, VP of United Kingdom & Ireland, second largest Sun Microsystems operation worldwide.

Back in Argentina, in 2007, he joined the board of Globant as Chief Business Officer to assist on leading the company’s worldwide growth.

During his more than 30 years career has participated in several start-ups, has been board member of multiple organizations, active member of numerous business chambers and not-for-profit organizations, managed multi-billon dollar operations, and led organization in Argentina, US, UK, Chile, Brazil, Venezuela, and Colombia.

Guibert Englebienne

In 2003 Guibert co-founded Globant, a company that quickly became a global leader in the creation of innovative software products. Just ten years later, Globant counts with 3000 employees, an entirely fresh approach in the IT services industry, a blue chip customer list and became a global role model for entrepreneurship.

As Globant CTO, he leads the Premier League, an elite group of technology gurus whose main role is to think out of the box for their customers and the Globant Labs, a playground for exploration of new technologies. When he is not sailing or eating a barbecue, Guibert spends his time thinking about the next disruptive project that will shake the IT industry. His strong focus in technology, innovation and creativity drove Globant to be an expert in cutting edge practices, such as social networks, videogames and mobile, while building a culture based on innovation.

Guibert is VicePresident of Endeavor Argentina. In 2011, he was also included in the Powerful 25 list of Globalization Today, recognition that positions him as one of the industry´s most influential leaders.

Andres Angelani

Andres is a senior executive with extensive background in developing large-scale technology businesses. Since joining Globant in 2004, he has served in a number of capacities in several key areas of the company, leading Software and Game Development divisions. Prior to becoming our Chief Solutions Officer, Andres was a Senior Vice President in charge of Engineering and Consulting. As our Chief Solutions Officer, he is responsible to create high-value customer experiences, through the development of our company´s service practices, solutions and consulting engagements.

He started his career in Argentina as a software developer and later took technical management roles as Senior Architect at Citi, EDS, Synthesis and worked for a number of start-ups. He led R&D software groups, and created innovative online products for web, mobile, online communities and ecommerce.

Andres has lived in Buenos Aires, New York, London and California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Belgrano University and a Masters degree in Software Engineering. He possesses a particular blend of technology and business acumen, leads a fast paced entrepreneurial management style, and has a sheer passion for creating value for his customers.

As Globant’s Chief Business Officer and Business Partner of the Creative & Social Studio, he leads all sales units focusing on developing initiatives to bring in new clients to our company.

Mark joined Globant from the Aricent Group where he served as the Chief Development Officer at the global innovation firm frog design. In that role he oversaw frog’s mobile applications business unit, marketing, and business development organizations worldwide. During his ten years at frog design, Mark played a key role in transforming frog into one of the world’s foremost innovation firms.

Additionally Mark served as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Aricent Group, managing the entire worldwide sales organization.

Prior to frog, he was the SVP and GM of the Global Services division of Parametric Technology. Trained as a product designer, he has focused his entire career on the creation of competitive advantage through product and brand development.

Mark holds a BS degree and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Nestor Nocetti

As our Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Mr. Nocetti is in charge of Globant´s relationship with governments and chambers, to expand our presence globally.

Néstor has wide experience in the information technology industry. Prior to co-founding Globant, Nestor worked on several projects related to Geographic Information Systems, for Light Rio de Janeiro, electricity provider in Brazil and UTE, public electricity provider in Uruguay. He also worked as consultant on issues related to IT development, strategy and operations in the oil-and-gas market, for ENAP Chile and YPF Argentina.

Prior to becoming our EVP Corporate Affairs, Nestor was Globant´s EVP Innovation Labs. As such, he leaded the development of Glow, an advanced tool that enables us to exactly match the skill requirements for the scope with our resource pools, building High Performance Teams with the perfect mixture of skills for each product development need. The tool has been recognized with the InfoWorld Award 2009, as one of the Best IT Projects of the year.

Together with the other three Globant´s founders, Nestor was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005.

Néstor has lived and worked in Argentina, Chile and Brazil. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Plata University and a degree in Business Direction from IAE University.

As Globant´s CFO, Alejandro is in charge of Finance & Accounting, Business Controlling, Treasury, Expansions, Procurement and Facilities.

Alejandro has extensive experience in Finance. Prior to joining Globant, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft South Cone for 6 years, headquartered in Buenos Aires. As CFO, he was in charge of Finance & Accounting, Business Support and Procurement & Facilities for Microsoft in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Before joining Microsoft, Alejandro worked for three years as Chief Financial Officer at Patagon South America, a media & broker online internet start-up that was sold to Santander Bank in 2000 for more than $500m. He also worked for 5 years at JPMorgan Bank, as a Senior Finance Analyst, in the Finance & Emerging Market support areas.

He started his professional career at Ernst & Young, were he worked for 4 years as Senior Auditor.

Alejandro Scannapieco is a public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Catholic University (UCA) (Argentina, 1994). He has completed post-graduate studies in Capital Markets in the same university and has a post-graduate degree in Finance obtained at Torcuato Di Tella University. He also completed the Sports Journalist career at ESED school in Argentina.

Guillermo is Globant´s Chief People Officer. He leads the teams of People Careers, People Champions and People Care.

As our CPO, he is in charge of bringing innovation to our culture and our internal processes, enhancing our company as one of the best places to work in the region.

Guillermo comes to our Company after working as Human Resources Director for Microsoft Argentina and Uruguay, where he was in charge of leading the company´s human resources policies, developing internal talent and maintaining diversity and inclusion. Prior to that, he was the Human Resources Director for Pampa Energia and EDS Argentina & Chile. He was also appointed as Bumeran´s Country Manager in Argentina; and in Techint worked in areas like Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Community Relations.

Guillermo has a degree in Politics Science from UBA and has postgraduates studies in Business and Human Resources (Cornell University, US).

As Globant’s Chief Information Officer, Gustavo is responsible for our infrastructure team (IT operations and information security), enterprise applications, and IT services. Prior to that, Gustavo served as our Executive Vice President, Delivery, managing our delivery partners, staffing, recruiting, PM Office, and site managers.

Gustavo Barreiro has extensive experience in IT Consulting. Before joining Globant he worked at different renowned companies such as Siemens-Itron Business Services, Paradigma Consultores Asociados and Pecom Nec. Prior to that, he leaded a Consulting team at Correo Argentino, where he was in charge of redefining the 33 postal processing centers and of implementing the “Track&Trace” System across the country.

Gustavo holds a degree in Industry Engineering from Buenos Aires University, and a Master degree in Business Administration from IDEA, with a specialization in strategy by the London Business School.

Communications Director

Wanda Weigert has been our Director of Communications & Marketing director since 2007. She joined Globant in 2005 and worked for two years in the Internet marketing department as a senior consultant. Wanda created and supervises Globant´s communications department.

As our Communications & Marketing Director, she coordinates Globant´s relationships with the press in Latin America, the United States, and the United Kingdom. She is also responsible for developing both our internal and external communications strategies and Globant´s Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Wanda has more than 10 years of experience in Communications and PR. Prior to joining Globant she worked at Jota Group, a Publishing House where she was responsible of the development of corporate communications tools for different multinational customers.

Wanda has a Bachelor Degree in Social Communications (Austral University) and post-graduate studies in Marketing (UCA).

Guillermo Bodnar

Guillermo Bodnar has been our Chief Technology Officer (U.S. / EMEA) since 2011, he is an accomplished executive with a powerful track record of building innovative companies from a diverse range of strategic and operational roles.

Prior to joining Globant, he was a member of the executive team that built businesses from private to public and growing revenue from $4 million to $600 million annually. Coupling a deep expertise in Mobile and Voice Networks, Digital Media and Internet Technologies with business, financial and legal experience; he built the largest voice and data capacity exchange platform for Arbinet THEXCHANGE, handling over 15 billion transactions annually. Guillermo developed innovative products and solutions that won numerous awards from InformationWeek and ForbesB2B. He also led the implementation of Rightsrouter for Broad Street Digital, the first global platform enabling music labels to manage digital rights and control content distribution.

As an entrepreneur, he was involved in several technology startups ranging from intelligent networks to the development of proper market frameworks for the participation of energy storage devices in providing services to the power grid.

Guillermo holds a Systems Engineering and Computer Science degree from UNICEN, Universidad del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Daniel Kuperstein

EVP East Region Sales

Daniel Kuperstein has over 20 years of international business development, marketing and management experience in the IT industry.

Currently he is Globant´s Executive Vice President for North American East Region Sales and Marketing with responsibility for sales, management and marketing in and around New York, DC, Boston, Miami, Chicago and Houston. Prior to Globant, Mr. Kuperstein held various senior roles at EMC Corporation spanning over 10 years. His last position at EMC was Senior Director of Globalization Services.

Mr. Kuperstein began his career at EMC in 1995 as a sales manager in EMC’s Boston office. Formerly, he was Managing Editor of Soft-Letter, a newsletter focusing on business issues and trends in personal computer software publishing. At Soft-Letter, Mr. Kuperstein also managed and deployed various first-generation e-business websites. He began his career at McGraw-Hill as an economic analyst and reporter for various publications. He holds a B.A. from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and an MBA in International Management and Marketing from Suffolk University.

Darío Robak has been working in the IT Industry for more than 15 years, gaining extensive experience in building enterprise applications and web-based architectures.

After he got an MS degree in Computer Science from Buenos Aires University he spent some time teaching and doing academic research in Computer Science that resulted in several presentations and papers.

Before Joining Globant in 2004, Dario was a Technical Leader and Project Manager at Copesa, the largest media conglomerate in Chile. He also worked at companies such as Vignette Corp, Syntesys Consulting Group and Andersen Consulting Group.

As Globant’s Chief Capacity Planning Officer, his role is to lead and coordinate both Staffing and Recruiting teams to bring in the most valuable talent, while improving and fostering the internal teams. Darío is also in charge of the capacity planning and of aligning the Staffing and Recruiting departments with our client's needs.

Dario participated in several Mathematics and Computer Science championships. Some of Darío’s prizes and honors include:

As EVP Latin America, Axel is responsible for our growth strategy for existing customers and focusing on developing initiatives to bring in new clients.

Prior to joining Globant, Axel held key positions at SAS Institute where he led the Business Development organization for South America and prior to that he was the Pre-Sales Director for Vignette in Latin America & the Caribbean.

He holds an MBA from IAE Universidad Austral, and a B. S. in Systems and Sciences from CAECE University.

Axel resides in the neighborhood of Palermo in Buenos Aires with his wife Paula and his three children.

During his trips, he can be found explaining which are the best local routes to run to get ready for his next race.

  Gonzalo Cuiñas is the Technology Partner of Globant´s Consumer Experience Studio.
  
  He has over 10 years of professional experience in software development on different technologies and platforms that goes from AS400 based applications to web Java and .Net applications. He started building software when he was 16 years old using Dbase III plus and Clipper.
  
  He´s currently responsible for leading the technology team for Globant´s largest Studio.
  
  Previously he has worked in the GeneXus R&D team (2004-2010) making heavy use of technologies like Prolog, Java, .Net and Javascript. He also worked in GeneXus Japan Inc. for different Japanese customers for almost 7 months.
  
  He is a professor of Business Strategy at ORT University where he also acts as project mentor for several groups of students.
  
  Gonzalo graduated as a systems engineer in 2005 and holds an MBA from ORT University Uruguay.

  Gustavo is a Computer Science professional, with solid experience at multinational companies, where he held management positions in the Systems and Project Development areas.
  
  With proven success setting up offshore IT operations and managing development projects, Gustavo joined Globant in 2010 as a Delivery Partner for the Enterprise Consumerization Studio.
  
  After a year and a half performing at that position he became Delivery Partner of the Consumer Experience Studio.
  
  Prior to joining Globant, Gustavo was the Delivery Head of Verizon Buenos Aires. Before that, Gustavo worked at Hewlett Packard Consulting Division for 5 years and at Fuego Technologies for 10 years.

  Pablo has over 20 years of experience in the High Tech Industry. At Globant, he is the Business Partner of the Big Data & High Peformance Solutions Studio and the Consumer Experience Studio. He also leads Globant´s Innovation as a Service practice, and acts as the Site Manager for Globant´s offices in Montevideo, Uruguay.
  
  Besides his work at Globant, he is a partner of Prosperitas Capital Partners, a financial management company that has established the first Venture Capital Fund in Uruguay.
  
  In 1993 he co-founded Alvarion (formerly BreezeCOM) in Israel, bringing the company from a small start up with 2 employees into a company of more than $100 Million revenues, with 600 employees, going through a successful IPO in NASDAQ in March 2000. At Alvarion Mr. Brenner acted as Vice President of Research and Development at the Tel Aviv Headquarters, and later as VP Latin America (being responsible for 20% of the company's worldwide sales).
  
  Currently, he is Vice-Chairman of the Board for Endeavor Uruguay.

  Diego has more than ten years of experience developing small, mid and large scale software. His background is mainly C/C++ and desktop development with a very strong knowledge on several fields and technologies.
  
  During his carrer he had the opportunity to be involved in very challenging projects, acquiring a vast experience in diverse technologies, that range from embedded systems, heavy weight GUI applications, web server plugins, to PKI infrastructure software.
  
  He quickly became one of the technology experts in the company and participated on several presales activities to do early engagement with the client. He also helped redefine the recruiting and hiring process.
  
  Due to his vast experience, he was selected to be the Technology Partner for the Gaming Studio.

  Inés is the Delivery Partner of Globant´s Gaming Studio.
  
  She joined Globant as an Internet Marketing Consultant during the Company´s very early days, and soon oriented her career to management. As a Project and Program Manager, she successfully delivered projects and built client relationships in the Gaming and Entertainment industries.
  
  She studied Social Communications (BA degree from Austral University, Argentina) and has previous professional experience in Publishing, Media and PR. She is a part time professor and a volunteer in Education-related social projects.
  
  She lived and worked in London, where she also completed her MA in Management Studies, with distinction, at the University of Westminster.

  Gabriel has over 13 years of professional experience in software development on different technologies and platforms.
  
  He is currently the Technology Partner of Globant´s Cloud Computing Studio and Big Data & High Performance Studio. He is also a member of Globant's Premier League as its C and Web 2.0 Guru, where he is responsible for leading the software development practices for different clients. He has been training Globers in several technologies since he started to work in the Company.
  
  Before joining Globant, he worked as a technical leader for the Economy Ministry of Argentina (1998-1999) and for Red Link (One of Argentina’s ATM Networks) 2000-2006, where he designed and developed high availability software for different platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, Tandem, Mobile Phones, Web, other).
  
  Gabriel has wide expertise as a teacher, since he has been a university professor at University of Buenos Aires for over 7 years.
  
  Gabriel has a Software Engineering degree from University of Buenos Aires and holds an MBA degree from IAE Austral University (Argentina).

  Nahuel has more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Globant, he was the CTO of Accendra Networks, and Argentinean company specialized in Microsoft technologies. Accendra was acquired by Globant in 2003, so Nahuel became part of Globant´s Managment team. He is a member of the Premier League, a team that gathers Globant´s most talented professionals and since January 2010 he is also the Technology Partner of the Enterprise Consumerization Studio and the Quality Engineering Studio.
  
  Prior to joining Globant and Accendra, he also worked at companies like RASSA, and in the IT departments of Banco Galicia and HSBC.

  Lucas has more than 15 years of experience in both technical and organizational roles related to IT and especially to software testing, software test automation and software development. He has worked as Project Leader, Team Leader and consultant on both quality control and development teams.
  
  In 2008 he joined Globant's Premier League leading the practices of Quality Control and Test Automation. One year later, he also became the Technology Partner for Globant´s Quality Engineering Studio. He has experience working with both Agile and traditional software development methodologies.
  
  Lucas is an Information Systems Engineer graduated from the UTN (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional), MCP on ASP.Net development and Certified Scrum Master.

  Mark Gauger
  
  As Globant’s Chief Business Officer and Business Partner of the Creative & Social Studio, he leads all sales units focusing on developing initiatives to bring in new clients to our company.
  
  Mark joined Globant from the Aricent Group where he served as the Chief Development Officer at the global innovation firm frog design. In that role he oversaw frog’s mobile applications business unit, marketing, and business development organizations worldwide. During his ten years at frog design, Mark played a key role in transforming frog into one of the world’s foremost innovation firms.
  
  Additionally Mark served as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Aricent Group, managing the entire worldwide sales organization.
  
  Prior to frog, he was the SVP and GM of the Global Services division of Parametric Technology. Trained as a product designer, he has focused his entire career on the creation of competitive advantage through product and brand development.
  
  Mark holds a BS degree and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

  Currently Delivery Partner at the Creative & Social Studio, Oscar is responsible for positioning the studio as a digital strategy service provider.
  
  He joined Globant in 2004 as a UI Designer and from there, he held several management positions: Technical Leader, Project Manager, Program Manager and now Delivery Partner.
  
  Oscar has been part of Globant´s story for the last 7 years, and has engaged with clients with a detailed understanding of their business needs and product requirements while creating great teams that make the client's vision come true.
  
  Oscar began his career in the IT industry in 1998 as a freelancer UI Designer and holds a degree in Graphic Design.

  Gabriela Moirano has been working as a graphic designer for more than 10 years. Her experience as a free lancer was complimented by her work at the La Plata Museum and at Globant. She has specialized herself in improving the communication of the on-line tools, making special focus on usability.
  
  During these years, she has gain wide experience in the design of websites, e-mails and other internet marketing collaterals. As Globant's Technology Partner for the Creative & Social Studios, Gabriela is in charge of supervising the quality and the delivery of the different sub-areas. She manages a team that provides services like Internet Marketing and Localization, Web Art & Development, Interactive Art & Development and Graphic Design.

  Ignacio is the Delivery Partner for Globant´s Mobile Studio. He is responsible for over 200 highly qualified professionals, and for the delivery of high quality mobile applications and solutions.
  
  In 2003 he joined Globant as a UI Designer. From there, he held several management positions: Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Area Manager and Creative Director.
  
  Ignacio has shared Globant´s evolution and service offerings over the last 9 years, where he has played an active role in the company growth.
  
  Ignacio began his career in the IT industry in 1997 as entrepreneur.
  
  Born in 1975, Ignacio holds a degree in Visual Communication Design from La Plata

  Andrew Burgert
  
  Andrew comes to Globant through the acquisition of Nextive, a San Francisco-based mobile software developer he co-founded and led as CEO. Today he is a Business Partner for the Mobile Studio.
  
  Andrew has experience in finance, consulting and management roles at companies in the US and Latin America. Prior to co-founding Nextive, Andrew structured private/public equity and public debt offerings, M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements for approximately $20 billion at Wachovia Securities. Before joining Wachovia in San Francisco, California, Andrew was a Financial Analyst at Fidelity Broadband Group, a private equity division of Fidelity Investments focusing on worldwide telecom and software in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to Fidelity, Andrew consulted for Lucent Technologies and IBM Software.
  
  Andrew holds an MBA and M.S. in Information Systems with high honors from Boston University and a B.S. in Business Administration and B.S. in Information Systems from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

  Javier is the Technology Partner for the Mobile studio at Globant.
  
  With more than 10 years of experience in the technology industry, he manages the engineering, product design and mobile QA teams at the Mobile Studio.
  
  At Globant, Javier plays a key role in high profile accounts ranging from technology companies to the financial industry. Bringing innovation, high quality delivery, and added value propositions to all of them.
  
  Javier holds a BS. Degree in Software Engineering from CAECE University in Buenos Aires, and took courses in Computer Graphics and Supercomputing at the Universidad Polytectnica de Catalunya, and the European Centre for Parallelism, Barcelona, Spain.
  
  He also had a teaching position at CAECE University, lecturing on Operating Systems and on Advanced Algorithms.

  Gabriel has over 13 years of professional experience in software development on different technologies and platforms.
  
  He is currently the Technology Partner of Globant´s Cloud Computing Studio and Big Data & High Performance Studio. He is also a member of Globant's Premier League as its C and Web 2.0 Guru, where he is responsible for leading the software development practices for different clients. He has been training Globers in several technologies since he started to work in the Company.
  
  Before joining Globant, he worked as a technical leader for the Economy Ministry of Argentina (1998-1999) and for Red Link (One of Argentina’s ATM Networks) 2000-2006, where he designed and developed high availability software for different platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, Tandem, Mobile Phones, Web, other).
  
  Gabriel has wide expertise as a teacher, since he has been a university professor at University of Buenos Aires for over 7 years.
  
  Gabriel has a Software Engineering degree from University of Buenos Aires and holds an MBA degree from IAE Austral University (Argentina).
