Martín has been an entrepreneur since his early youth. In 2003, together with 3 friends he founded Globant, a company that in less than 5 years turned into a multinational focused on the creation of innovative software products.
As Globants CEO, Martín drove the company from a small start-up to an organization with more than 3300 professionals and presence in the US, UK, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Argentina
His passion is to inspire future entrepreneurs, that´s why he frequently gives lectures at different events and has been a jury at the Endeavor Entrepreneurs panel and at La Red Innova. The MIT Sloan School of Management wrote a business case about Globant entitled: "Globant, Leading the IT Revolution in Latin America", and invited Martín to give lectures to their MBA students.
Martín has served as Chairman of our board and Chief Executive Officer since 2005. He worked in the technology industry for more than 18 years, including Business Manager at Origin BV Holland and Project Manager at Repsol-YPF.
Martín was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005 and has won a Konex Award as one of the most innovative entrepreneurs of 2008. He was selected as one the Argentinean Creative of 2009 (Círculo de Creativos de la Argentina) and was awarded with the Security Award as one of the most distinguished Businessmen of the year (2009). He is also a member of the Young President´s Organization (YPO) and was recognized with the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young (2013).
Martín holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Plata University and a Master degree in Business Administration from CEMA University.

Martín Umaran has served as a member of our board as well as Chief of Staff since 2013 and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) leader. As Globant´s Chief of Staff, Martín is responsible for the company´s strategic planning, business management and process improvement.
Martín has extensive experience in business and operations management for the technology and logistics industries. Prior to co-founding Globant, Martín executed complex projects for Santander Bank, Caja de Ahorro y Seguros and the public administration of different countries in Latin America. At YPF Ecuador, Martín implemented the automation systems and maintenance of the company´s facilities in the Amazonas. He also worked at Roman Logistics, where he served in the business development area.
Together with his three partners, also co-founders of Globant, Martín was selected Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005.
Martín has lived and worked in Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela and UK. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from La Plata University and a Master in Business Administration from IDEA University.
As COO Guillermo is responsible for supervising Globant’s product delivery and lead Globant´s growth strategy for existing customers. Guillermo started his career as a software engineer in the mid seventies, working for companies like Burroughs, Wang and Convergente Technologies, among others. Then he joined Sisteco, a Juncal Group company, where he developed his career in software, R&D management, sales, sales management, and operations management. In the mid eighties he became to Sisteco-Open Systems Managing Director.
In 1993 joined Sun Microsystems where he has covered several management positions including Latin America Partner and Sales Director, Southern Cone President and Managing Director, VP of United Kingdom & Ireland, second largest Sun Microsystems operation worldwide.
Back in Argentina, in 2007, he joined the board of Globant as Chief Business Officer to assist on leading the company’s worldwide growth.
During his more than 30 years career has participated in several start-ups, has been board member of multiple organizations, active member of numerous business chambers and not-for-profit organizations, managed multi-billon dollar operations, and led organization in Argentina, US, UK, Chile, Brazil, Venezuela, and Colombia.
In 2003 Guibert co-founded Globant, a company that quickly became a global leader in the creation of innovative software products. Just eleven years later, Globant counts with 3300 employees, an entirely fresh approach in the IT services industry, a blue chip customer list and became a global role model for entrepreneurship.
As Globant CTO, he leads the Premier League, an elite group of technology gurus whose main role is to think out of the box for their customers and the Globant Labs, a playground for exploration of new technologies. When he is not sailing or eating a barbecue, Guibert spends his time thinking about the next disruptive project that will shake the IT industry. His strong focus in technology, innovation and creativity drove Globant to be an expert in cutting edge practices, such as social networks, videogames and mobile, while building a culture based on innovation.
Guibert is Chairman of Endeavor Argentina. In 2011, he was also included in the Powerful 25 list of Globalization Today, recognition that positions him as one of the industry´s most influential leaders.
Andres is a senior executive with extensive background in developing large-scale technology businesses. Since joining Globant in 2004, he has served in a number of capacities in several key areas of the company, leading Software and Game Development divisions. Prior to becoming our Chief Solutions Officer, Andres was a Senior Vice President in charge of Engineering and Consulting. As our Chief Solutions Officer, he is responsible to create high-value customer experiences, through the development of our company´s service practices, solutions and consulting engagements.
He started his career in Argentina as a software developer and later took technical management roles as Senior Architect at Citi, EDS, Synthesis and worked for a number of start-ups. He led R&D software groups, and created innovative online products for web, mobile, online communities and ecommerce.
Andres has lived in Buenos Aires, New York, London and California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Belgrano University and a Masters degree in Software Engineering. He possesses a particular blend of technology and business acumen, leads a fast paced entrepreneurial management style, and has a sheer passion for creating value for his customers.

As our Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Mr. Nocetti is in charge of Globant´s relationship with governments and chambers, to expand our presence globally.
Néstor has wide experience in the information technology industry. Prior to co-founding Globant, Nestor worked on several projects related to Geographic Information Systems, for Light Rio de Janeiro, electricity provider in Brazil and UTE, public electricity provider in Uruguay. He also worked as consultant on issues related to IT development, strategy and operations in the oil-and-gas market, for ENAP Chile and YPF Argentina.
Prior to becoming our EVP Corporate Affairs, Nestor was Globant´s EVP Innovation Labs. As such, he leaded the development of Glow, an advanced tool that enables us to exactly match the skill requirements for the scope with our resource pools, building High Performance Teams with the perfect mixture of skills for each product development need. The tool has been recognized with the InfoWorld Award 2009, as one of the Best IT Projects of the year.
Together with the other three Globant´s founders, Nestor was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur 2005.
Néstor has lived and worked in Argentina, Chile and Brazil. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Plata University and a degree in Business Direction from IAE University.
As Globant´s CFO, Alejandro is in charge of Corporate Finance, Corporate Treasury, Accounting & Tax, Financial Reporting, Investor Relations and Expansion of new offices. He is also a member of the Board of Directors in one of the subsidiaries in Argentina (Sistemas Globales SA) and a member of the M&A team.
Alejandro has extensive experience in Finance. Prior to joining Globant, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft South Cone for 6 years, headquartered in Buenos Aires. As CFO, he was in charge of Finance & Accounting, Business Support and Procurement & Facilities for Microsoft in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Before joining Microsoft, Alejandro worked for three years as Chief Financial Officer at Patagon South America, a media & broker online internet start-up that was sold to Santander Bank in 2000 for more than $500m. He also worked for 5 years at JPMorgan Bank, as a Senior Finance Analyst, in the Finance & Emerging Market support areas.
He started his professional career at Ernst & Young, were he worked for 4 years as Senior Auditor.
Alejandro Scannapieco is a public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Catholic University (UCA) (Argentina, 1994). He has completed post-graduate studies in Capital Markets in the same university and has a post-graduate degree in Finance obtained at Torcuato Di Tella University. He also completed the Sports Journalist career at ESED school in Argentina.

Guillermo is Globant´s Chief People Officer. He leads the teams of People Careers, People Champions and People Care.
As our CPO, he is in charge of bringing innovation to our culture and our internal processes, enhancing our company as one of the best places to work in the region.
Guillermo comes to our Company after working as Human Resources Director for Microsoft Argentina and Uruguay, where he was in charge of leading the company´s human resources policies, developing internal talent and maintaining diversity and inclusion. Prior to that, he was the Human Resources Director for Pampa Energia and EDS Argentina & Chile. He was also appointed as Bumeran´s Country Manager in Argentina; and in Techint worked in areas like Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Community Relations.
Guillermo has a degree in Politics Science from UBA and has postgraduates studies in Business and Human Resources (Cornell University, US).
As Globant’s Chief Information Officer, Gustavo is responsible for our infrastructure team (IT operations and information security), enterprise applications, and IT services. Prior to that, Gustavo served as our Executive Vice President, Delivery, managing our delivery partners, staffing, recruiting, PM Office, and site managers.
Gustavo Barreiro has extensive experience in IT Consulting. Before joining Globant he worked at different renowned companies such as Siemens-Itron Business Services, Paradigma Consultores Asociados and Pecom Nec. Prior to that, he leaded a Consulting team at Correo Argentino, where he was in charge of redefining the 33 postal processing centers and of implementing the “Track&Trace” System across the country.
Gustavo holds a degree in Industry Engineering from Buenos Aires University, and a Master degree in Business Administration from IDEA, with a specialization in strategy by the London Business School.
Wanda Weigert has been our Director of Communications & Marketing director since 2007. She joined Globant in 2005 and worked for two years in the Internet marketing department as a senior consultant. Wanda created and supervises Globant´s communications department.
As our Communications & Marketing Director, she coordinates Globant´s relationships with the press in Latin America, the United States, and the United Kingdom. She is also responsible for developing both our internal and external communications strategies and Globant´s Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
Wanda has more than 10 years of experience in Communications and PR. Prior to joining Globant she worked at Jota Group, a Publishing House where she was responsible of the development of corporate communications tools for different multinational customers.
Wanda has a Bachelor Degree in Social Communications (Austral University) and post-graduate studies in Marketing (UCA).

Guillermo Bodnar has been our Chief Technology Officer (U.S. / EMEA) since 2011, he is an accomplished executive with a powerful track record of building innovative companies from a diverse range of strategic and operational roles.
Prior to joining Globant, he was a member of the executive team that built businesses from private to public and growing revenue from $4 million to $600 million annually. Coupling a deep expertise in Mobile and Voice Networks, Digital Media and Internet Technologies with business, financial and legal experience; he built the largest voice and data capacity exchange platform for Arbinet THEXCHANGE, handling over 15 billion transactions annually. Guillermo developed innovative products and solutions that won numerous awards from InformationWeek and ForbesB2B. He also led the implementation of Rightsrouter for Broad Street Digital, the first global platform enabling music labels to manage digital rights and control content distribution.
As an entrepreneur, he was involved in several technology startups ranging from intelligent networks to the development of proper market frameworks for the participation of energy storage devices in providing services to the power grid.
Guillermo holds a Systems Engineering and Computer Science degree from UNICEN, Universidad del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Daniel Kuperstein has over 20 years of international business development, marketing and management experience in the IT industry.
Currently he is Globant´s Executive Vice President for North American East Region Sales and Marketing with responsibility for sales, management and marketing in and around New York, DC, Boston, Miami, Chicago and Houston. Prior to Globant, Mr. Kuperstein held various senior roles at EMC Corporation spanning over 10 years. His last position at EMC was Senior Director of Globalization Services.
Mr. Kuperstein began his career at EMC in 1995 as a sales manager in EMC’s Boston office. Formerly, he was Managing Editor of Soft-Letter, a newsletter focusing on business issues and trends in personal computer software publishing. At Soft-Letter, Mr. Kuperstein also managed and deployed various first-generation e-business websites. He began his career at McGraw-Hill as an economic analyst and reporter for various publications. He holds a B.A. from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and an MBA in International Management and Marketing from Suffolk University.

Mr. Rojo has been our General Counsel since May 2013. From 2002 to 2006 and from 2007 to 2013, he worked as a corporate and banking law associate at the law firm of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal. Between 2006 and 2007 he was an International Associate at the New York office of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Prior to that, he worked from 2000 to 2002 at PricewaterhouseCoopers and from 1996 and 1998 at Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Rojo has a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina ‘‘Santa María de los Buenos Aires’’ and has post-graduate studies in law and economics at Torcuato Di Tella University.
