We support inclusion programs to help vulnerable communities and provide them with new opportunities. We combine several programs which include skills-training scholarships and other activities to promote IT related studies, therefore facilitating expansion of knowledge and access to employment in a vibrant market of job opportunities.

Back in the Game

B.I.G. (Back In The Game) is an initiative that aims to empower experienced technologists who are currently on a career break and looking to relaunch their technological expedition. Have you taken a leave or sabbatical? Do you know someone who wants to come back to the job market after a break? This is a chance to reboot and come back to the game! This initiative started in India and will shortly spread to other countries as well.

We encourage the creation of these women-led spaces, for their professional growth in the IT industry. They constitute an arena of professional growth, of gaining skills, seeking advice, and showing solidarity.

Laboratoria

Four years ago we met for the first time with Laboratoria. In Globant today we have five Laboratorians working in our offices in Chile.

Club de Chicas Programadoras

We want to break down myths about the "difficulties" of technology. We teach girls and young women how to code through a ludic program, showing them how fun coding can be!

Acámica scholarships for women

Of the 500 scholarships, 80% are aimed at women who have an interest in developing in an industry with huge growth and challenges, promoting the inclusion and diversity of this sector.
