The Intersection Between UX and Innovation
Any mature design process has opportunities for observation and an evolution of concepts. However, in the midst of projects, clients, and expectations, this process must be about more than just achieving its design deliverables.
When we merge UX with innovation we create an ecosystem where both the design process and the innovation initiatives live in a balance. It's important to observe experience design as part of a larger process and to see innovation as essential for any design process.
This conversation aims to shed some light on the intersection between UX and innovation while highlighting the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
