On Nov. 3rd at Globant's annual event ConVerge, thought leaders from the public and private sectors gathered to hone in on what it means to go digital and think about new ways of doing business. The Government-as-a-Service panel discussed about an "an incredible upswing" in cities around the world, especially in the United States and the UK, adopting digital services.
