“The Nearshore Executive Alliance (NEA) is proud to present this year’s Foundations for the Future Award to Globant in recognition of the impact of the TesteAR program in the community. A skilled and trained workforce is a country’s main asset and TesteAR provides its beneficiaries a very comprehensive training that prepares them to enter the IT industry immediately upon conclusion. The commitment and effort put into the 4 month, 320 hour course over the last three years is remarkable. TesteAR supports the NEA’s mission and goals of expanding the pool of relevant and skilled talent in Latin America and consequently drive sustainable economic, social and human growth in the region.”
“It is a great honor for us to be recognized by Nearshore Americas and Nearshore Executive Alliance”, stated Martín Migoya, Globant CEO and co-founder. “We believe that TesteAR will contribute to our society, enhancing Latin America's talent pool and helping young underprivileged adults advance in their careers.
