    Press Release

Buenos Aires, Argentina – February 8st, 2010 - Globant, leader in the creation of innovative software products that appeal to global audiences, was recognized as one of the top outsourcing providers in Latin America by The Black Book of Outsourcing 2009, an annual guide which produces an annual survey into organizations’ satisfaction with their outsourcing service providers.

Globant was ranked first in Applications Development, with the highest scores in Client Relationship and Cultural Fit, Marginal Value Adds and Deployment and Outsourcing Implementation. Globant was one of the three organizations that obtained more than 90% customer satisfaction, which places the company among the top tier vendors in the region.

“It´s a great honor for us to be recognized by our customers,” stated Martín Migoya, Globant CEO. “We have been working hard to build an organization that provides high-quality services in the creation of software products, and we are glad that our clients value the products and innovation we offer”.

Among other findings, the study shows that South and Central America are increasingly becoming popular destinations for information technology outsourcing (ITO), mainly because of the favorable time zones, the languages skills, a qualified manpower base and free trade agreements with the US.

"Globant has earned the distinction of being one of the most customer-respected outsourced software development and infrastructure management companies in the world," said Doug Brown, co-author of The Black Book of Outsourcing. "Globant has earned among the top three honours among all Latin American regional providers due to its ability to deploy consistently across the full spectrum of criteria that clients look for in their ITO supplier”.

The fifth annual Black Book survey for Brown-Wilson Group's "50 Best-Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors" was distributed electronically to customers, employees, buyers, contractors and users world-wide. Surveys were sent to the nearly 24,000 outsourcing decision makers who were verified in the previous surveys, followed by 650,000 additional invitations sent to individuals in corporations, businesses, organizations and government agencies who use, offer and are employed in outsourcing services or pre-registered for the survey on the Black Book website.
