Globant’s Chief Operating Officer recognized as a Top 50 COO by the 2022 OnCon Icon Awards.
NEW YORK - May 13, 2022 – Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally native company focused on reinventing businesses through innovative technology solutions, is pleased to announce that Chief Operating Officer Patricia Pomies has been recognized as a Top 50 COO by the 2022 OnCon Icon Awards.
The OnCon Icon Awards recognize the top COOs in the entire world. Finalists were voted on by peers and the COO community, and were recognized for demonstrating success and positive impact on their organizations and/or previous organizations, making strong contributions to the COO community through thought leadership, and exhibiting innovative leadership.

She was one of the architects behind Globant’s Be Kind initiative, which encompasses development areas in inclusion & diversity, technology ethics, renewable energy, and wellness, among others.
