Maria Pinelli Joins Globant’s Board of Directors

Luxembourg, April 22, 2021 - Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally native company, announced the appointment of Maria Pinelli to its Board of Directors. Ms. Pinelli was elected to join the Board of Directors by the Company's shareholders at the annual general meeting which took place on April 2nd, 2021. She comes to Globant with extensive international experience leading global strategies to grow and scale businesses.

Ms. Pinelli recently retired as a Senior Partner from EY. Ms. Pinelli was Global Vice Chair at Ernst & Young LLP (EY) from 2011 to 2017 and led EY’s Global Strategic Growth Business unit with a focus on serving companies poised for exponential growth. During the same period, she also served as EY’s Global IPO Leader, helping clients prepare for the public markets. Ms. Pinelli is a sought after speaker and recognized expert commentator on the trends that are driving global activity in the capital markets, entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic growth.
