• Globant Expands Glob.AI With Glob.AI OS, an Operating System for Enterprise AI

  • 27 Oct 2026

    Press Release

Glob.AI OS, an Operating System for Enterprise AI

  • Glob.AI complements its AI Pods delivery units with Glob.AI OS, a unified governance layer that keeps organizations sovereign, contextualized and secure, with the intelligence to route requests to 320+ AI models, connect data sources and systems, and act as a repository for agents to be created and executed at scale

  • Glob.AI is Globant’s AI-Native Services Platform: enterprises pay for outcomes or consumption, rather than hours or seats. AI-Native Services engagements have delivered up to 7× faster legacy modernization and 3× faster product discovery.

NEW YORK — October 27, 2026 — Globant (NYSE: GLOB) today expanded Glob.AI, its AI-Native Services Platform, with Glob.AI OS, a unified layer to govern and adopt AI across the enterprise, making AI controllable, contextual and scalable.

Most enterprises already use AI in many places at once: several models, teams building their own agents, tools connected to sensitive data, and spend spread across vendors. The problem isn’t capability, it’s scaling it across the enterprise: turning access to AI into production outcomes, with governance, accountability and security. Glob.AI OS is the governed foundation underneath every AI call, supporting identity, agent lifecycle management, cost visibility and auditability, through:

  • Intelligence Hub: connects 320+ open source and closed models from 25+ providers and routes each task to the most cost-efficient option, optimizing token consumption across AI Pods and everyday work alike.
  • Corporate Hub: connects AI to the company’s data, systems, identity and industry knowledge, so context doesn’t have to be rebuilt every time something new starts.
  • Agentic Hub: refines and tests agentic solutions before deployment, and orchestrates their execution with runtime governance.
  • Token Vault: governs who uses AI, what they can do and how it operates, with budgets, cost attribution, an auditable record of AI activity and real-time visibility into where the investment lands.

Glob.AI OS enables daily AI adoption through Glob.AI Apps, which bring governed AI into everyday work. With Glob.AI Apps, people across the organization get answers, delegate tasks, build software with any coding agent and use specialized agentic solutions from Globant and its partners, and teams scope and run projects with AI Pods from the same place. Glob.AI OS runs as SaaS or in the client’s own cloud, and is accessible through chat, web, desktop, command-line interfaces or headlessly via MCP. Client data stays their own and never trains anyone’s model.

“We are making it seamless for global leaders to take the best out of AI leveraging Globant’s 23+ years of experience working with top companies in almost every industry in a completely reshuffled engagement model where they only pay for outcomes,” said Sarab Narang, CEO of Glob.AI. “Glob.AI OS lets a large organization put AI in the hands of many teams and many agents, while keeping one clear answer to who used it, on what data, at what cost, and under which policy.”

Glob.AI, the AI-Native Services Platform for Enterprise AI Adoption

Glob.AI is built on two pillars that work together: AI Pods and Glob.AI OS. Together they let enterprises move from experimentation to production-ready outcomes, paying for outcomes or consumption rather than hours or seats.

AI Pods are human-supervised delivery units that combine documented workflows, AI agents and expert supervision from Globant, including Forward Deployed Engineers. Agents handle execution-intensive tasks while experts supervise outputs and remain accountable for delivery. Each AI Pod addresses a specific business challenge, from software development and testing to application modernization and ongoing operations, and runs on Glob.AI OS, so every Pod inherits the same governance, security and institutional knowledge as the rest of the organization’s AI.

Traditional technology services models typically organize delivery around hours, team size and available capacity. But as AI changes how work is performed, enterprises have an opportunity to rethink the relationship between the resources they purchase and the results they receive.

“AI has taken the world by storm, but having access to technology is not enough. Enterprises need a new way to put it to work, with more transparency, control and speed. Glob.AI brings intelligence, enterprise context and the agentic layer together so organizations can access AI Native Services and ship working, production-ready outcomes through AI Pods,” said Martín Migoya, Co-Founder and CEO of Globant. “We are extremely proud of what we are bringing to the world. Our deep expertise and experience in delivering business solutions for the best companies in the world has prepared us for this exact moment. We’re not just reinventing services; we have created a new category of delivering business outcomes.”

Measurable impact across real-world Customer Success

AI Pods, a layer of Glob.AI, are already in use by several Fortune 500 organizations across media, entertainment, professional services, and finance, delivering measurable gains in speed, effort, scale and operating efficiency.

  • FIFA achieved a 20% increase in throughput efficiency while maintaining or improving quality rates.
  • YPF reduced contract timelines by up to 40%.
  • PharmaMar gained insights 15× faster in oncology research.
  • A leading commercial bank completed its COBOL migration in two months, compared with the 14 months projected using a traditional approach.

  • Globant Introduces MuleSoft AI Pod to Break through Integration Barriers and Scale Enterprise Agentic AI with Salesforce

  • 03 Sep 2026

    Press Release

Mulesoft AI Pod

-New delivery model helps reduce migration timelines from months to weeks combining specialized AI agents with human integration experts for secure, governed API-led connectivity at scale.

-MuleSoft AI Pod is accessible through Glob.AI, Globant's AI-native technology service model for delivering enterprise AI at scale.

New York – September 3, 2026 — Globant, a global company focused on driving enterprise reinvention through AI, today introduced Salesforce’s MuleSoft AI Pod combining specialized AI agents with human experts to accelerate API-led connectivity and delivery. As AI initiatives become more complex, organizations need faster, more governed ways to connect the applications, data and workflows that power enterprise transformation.

Enterprises are under pressure to move agentic AI from experimentation to production, but disconnected systems and fragmented data remain a major barrier. MuleSoft AI Pod helps address that integration bottleneck by accelerating secure API-led connectivity, integration delivery and governed execution across initiatives of varying size and complexity. This AI Pod is accessible through Glob.AI, the new AI delivery model by Globant.

“As organizations look to scale Agentforce and other AI initiatives across the enterprise, integration and data readiness are becoming essential,” said Roland Berthelot, Global Head of Salesforce Studio at Globant. “MuleSoft helps establish the connectivity foundation that makes those initiatives possible. With MuleSoft AI Pod, Globant is helping customers scale integration delivery while maintaining the governance, security and expert oversight enterprise adoption requires.”

MuleSoft AI Pod is designed as flexible delivery teams that can be configured based on each customer’s integration roadmap, technical environment and delivery needs. Each pod brings together specialized AI agents for defined MuleSoft tasks with senior Globant experts who guide architecture, validate outputs and manage execution across API design, MuleSoft flow development, automated testing, governance and legacy modernization. Lean, Scaled and Advanced configurations are designed to support approximately six, up to 12 and up to 24 integration flows or APIs per month, respectively.

Benchmarks from current migration projects, internal pilots and delivery teams indicate the model can support measurable outcomes, including:

-Up to 80% automation of manual integration tasks

-15–25% faster time-to-value and delivery cycles

-35% greater efficiency in solution design and development

Organizations running outdated integration platforms often face migration programs that require months of discovery, redesign and validation. This approach helps reduce migration timelines from months to weeks while preserving business logic and meeting enterprise governance standards. MuleSoft AI Pod provides a practical path to strengthen enterprise integration foundations, helping them modernize integration environments, improve delivery consistency and prepare their technology ecosystems for the next phase of AI-powered transformation.

MuleSoft AI Pod will be accessible through Glob.AI, Globant’s AI-native platform designed to help organizations access and manage AI Pods through a unified environment. Currently available through a waitlist, Glob.AI brings together specialized AI agents and Globant experts  to instantly deploy enterprise-grade AI services with transparent, output or consumption linked pricing, not per hours or per seat.

The offering builds on Globant’s 21+ years as a Salesforce partner, with more than 1,200 projects delivered and a customer satisfaction score of 4.7 out of 5. Globant brings together more than 27,400 technologists, including 2,000+ multi-cloud experts across 58 global Delivery Centers, and has implemented more than 20 Einstein AI and Agentforce projects. As a founding partner of the Agentforce Partner Network, Globant has more than 500 Agentforce Certified Experts and 200+ Salesforce Data 360 experts, and has been recognized by Salesforce as an Implementation Level Expert for Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Agentforce.

  • FIFA Selects Globant to Create a Continuous Fan Experience Ecosystem for Football Fans Using AI Pods Powered by Glob.AI

  • 12 Aug 2026

    Press Release

FIFA Fan Experience Ecosystem

FIFA’s digital experiences will be scaled using Glob.AI, Globant’s AI-native tech services model, to create a seamless, personalized journey for millions of fans, with initial pilots indicating 20% efficiency increase

FIFA has selected Globant (NYSE: GLOB) to redesign its global fan engagement, transforming how football is delivered to and experienced by billions worldwide.

Key FIFA digital platforms will now enable a more "joined-up" experience for fans where their preferences are recognized across platforms and competitions. Powered by AI Pods by Glob.AI, these platforms will continuously learn from real-time data and generate new experiences for fans all year round, growing FIFA’s influence beyond single tournaments.

This announcement marks an exciting evolution in how FIFA leverages technology within this partnership. FIFA is embracing an AI-native, consumption-based model. Glob.AI brings together human-supervised AI agents based on Globant’s proven processes, forged over 23 years of enterprise software experience. All institutional knowledge generated is secured within a proprietary token vault, granting FIFA complete ownership of its data and future AI-driven innovations. Initial pilots with FIFA have already demonstrated a 20% efficiency increase in throughput generation while maintaining or improving quality rates.

With this new advanced technology implementation, FIFA is working to create a centralized digital ecosystem that learns and will be able to adapt in real time to improve core pillars of the match day and fan experience including:

  • - Unified Fan Identity: Strengthening FIFA ID as the connective tissue across all digital touchpoints, enabling the organization to recognize, reach and reward fans whether they're watching from home or attending a match.
  • - FIFA website: Evolving FIFA.com into a personalized hub for fans, leading to personally relevant content.
  • - The FIFA Tournament App: Evolving a single, customizable platform that brings together schedules, real-time content and local host city insights for fans on the ground.

For the fan, this means a more human-centric experience: a single digital thread that connects their interaction with FIFA platforms and their attendance at FIFA tournaments, where their fandom is remembered and can be rewarded. Every touchpoint will be powered by specialized AI architectures, which will learn from each action in order to provide increasingly precise and efficient services.

For FIFA, this move will help to end the era of the “anonymous fan” by connecting disparate journeys through a single and actionable ecosystem. By consolidating first-party data and strengthening digital identity, FIFA will gain better insights about how global fans operate and how to enhance their football experience, applying this intelligence to future tournaments, content and commercial initiatives.

“Our goal is to ensure every fan experiences football in a personal way that deepens their emotional connection,” said Mattias Grafström, FIFA Secretary General. “With Globant’s continued innovation, we can hold our technology projects to a higher standard and develop a system that learns and adapts to the needs of our global audience. By keeping the needs of fans present at all times, we will create a more sustainable future for our game.”

“We’re working with FIFA to shape technology around the fan," said Martin Migoya, Co-founder and CEO of Globant. “With our AI Pods powered by Glob.AI we are building on our five years of collaboration by implementing a whole new service delivery model that moves at the pace of fandom. Football is the world’s number one sport because it remains unpredictable and accessible to all; the human-assisted AI model is key for technology systems that scale quickly and deliver the always-on entertainment that fans expect.”

  • Globant Introduces Glob.AI, Reinventing Technology Services for the AI Era

  • 06 Aug 2026

    Press Release

Glob.AI AI-native technology services

-Glob.AI allows companies to instantly deploy enterprise-grade AI services with transparent, output or consumption linked pricing, not per hours or per seat.

-Those services are delivered as AI Pods: service units run by a set of AI agents and supervised by human experts, each specialized by task and industry.

-Glob.AI is a single, online destination to find, deploy, and consume the right AI Pod for any task and any industry, redefining how technology services, AI adoption, and innovation are delivered, priced and consumed.

NEW YORK, August 6th, 2026 — Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a global company focused on driving enterprise reinvention through AI, today introduces Glob.AI, a new AI-native tech services model that fundamentally changes how enterprises access, purchase and deploy AI services. Available online through a self-service model, Glob.AI gives organizations access to enterprise-grade, high quality AI Pods (service units run by a set of AI agents and supervised by humans). Companies are charged for what they produce -per output or per consumption- never per seat or per hour.

"For over 20 years, Globant has stayed ahead of every major technology shift, and AI is no different. Glob.AI is our next step: the one-stop shop where our AI Pods live, each specialized by task and industry. Traditional AI adoption drives token consumption far beyond what efficient output requires, and the real cost is the wasted tokens plus the unstructured, manual supervision of AI. AI Pods introduce a smarter model, running the right AI through parallel agents, loops, workflows, and deterministic processes, representing the true state of the art of what AI can deliver today," said Martín Migoya, CEO and co-founder of Globant.

Glob.AI brings together AI-native velocity with Globant’s 23 years of enterprise delivery baked into the governance layer. AI agents do the heavy lifting, with Globant’s experts supervising their outputs and guiding every step. Glob.AI works to standards–documented, tested, secure, built for enterprise scale. It’s the speed AI promises, with the rigor and quality that businesses need, by including:

-Well-defined, deterministic, and repeatable processes, supervised end to end by experts

-Optimized AI usage and transparent pricing: customers pay strictly for expert-validated outputs and/or real consumption — not hours, seats, AI hallucinations, retries, or wasted cycles.

-At least 30% more productive than the typical engineer-plus-AI approach

-Full AI sovereignty and governance: total flexibility over which models customers use and where they run them, with zero client data ever used to train external models.

-Token consumption secured in a client’s proprietary Token Vault, providing full traceability and compounding a client’s institutional knowledge over time.

"AI is not just making the same projects faster, it is making thousands of projects viable that never were before," said Guibert Englebienne, co-founder of Globant. "Until today, enterprises could not buy technology services this way: instantly, transparently, paying only for results. That is the shift Glob.AI delivers, and the strong demand for AI Pods shows enterprises are ready for it."

Organizations joining the waiting list at Glob.AI will get early access to a comprehensive catalog of agentic workflows capable of building and deploying for major enterprise systems. The AI Pods in the offering also include partnerships with major organizations including Anthropic, AWS, Vercel, OpenAI, Adobe, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, SAP and Salesforce, as well as several industry-specific others.

Traditional enterprise tech services require months of discovery, RFPs, and procurement cycles before the work begins. Glob.AI changes that model entirely. Users can log in and immediately start building enterprise grade software. Tech delivery becomes a live, continuous service rather than a fixed-term project — every improvement and release happening on the platform, fully visible to the client, in real time.

Globant released AI Pods in mid-2025, and they are already in use by several Fortune 500 organizations across media, entertainment, professional services, and finance, delivering early results that include:

-FIFA experiencing a 20% efficiency increase in throughput generation while maintaining or improving quality rates

-LALIGA deploying AI across key functions in three months

-YPF reducing contract timelines by up to 40%

-PharmaMar achieving 15x faster insights in oncology research

-A leading commercial bank completing a COBOL migration in 2 months versus 14 as projected with a traditional approach

Integrating Innovation With Operational Excellence: How Globant Delivers Gen AI Solutions

Globant is committed to delivering robust and scalable generative AI solutions powered by AWS that align with industry best practices:

-Advanced Prompt Engineering & Interaction Design: Globant employs sophisticated prompting techniques — including Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning, persona anchoring, and system-level constraints — to optimize model performance, precision, accuracy, and consistency across all use cases.

-Integration & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): RAG is strategically applied to ground model responses in real-time, proprietary enterprise data, using vector databases and orchestration frameworks within a secure, centralized knowledge layer, ensuring relevance and veracity.

-Foundation Model Strategy & Fine-Tuning: Base Foundation Models are maximized through prompt engineering and RAG first to achieve business objectives efficiently, while fine-tuning is reserved only for scenarios where base models show clear performance gaps or where a distinct style is essential, and is always treated as a measurable, evidence-based experiment.

-Data Architectures & Datastores: Data architecture is tailored to each application's needs, combining vector stores, data lakes, and relational databases, all governed by enterprise-grade security and data lineage standards.

-CI/CD for Bedrock and Application Logic: Automated, Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines ensure reliable and repeatable deployment of the full GenAI stack. Centralized Governance manages Amazon Bedrock and other foundational infrastructure components to ensure cost control, security adherence, and standardized service enablement across the enterprise.

-Operational Monitoring and Observability: Key metrics including token usage, latency, and compliance audit trails are continuously tracked through custom dashboards and native cloud tools to ensure operational health.

-Post-Launch Support and Operational Excellence: Strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), a post-launch stabilization period, and a continuous optimization framework ensure long-term reliability, clear accountability, user trust and global operational efficiency.

New York – July 8, 2026 — Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a global company that delivers AI-native services to turn AI ambition into measurable business performance, today announced a multi-year strategic alliance with Vercel, the leading platform for building and running modern websites, applications, and agents, and the creator of Next.js.

"Globant's AI Pods model brings exactly the kind of structured, expert-led deployment that Vercel's platform is built to power intelligently, at scale. Together, we're enabling enterprises to modernize their stack and ship AI-native applications faster, with the reliability and performance their users expect," said Guillermo Rauch, Founder and CEO of Vercel.
