We created a digital twin model for pumping assets and integrated KPI calculations for efficiency, reliability, availability, and emissions. We also developed a simulation tool to recommend efficiency improvements and trained predictive models for failures and events. This allowed our client to achieve energy savings of 2%, a 10% cost reduction in work orders or corrective maintenance, and increased availability.
Retail
We leveraged Computer Vision to generate consumer and store insights like demography, purchased products, and store heatmap. We also provide guidance on engineering practices, solution architecture, data visualization, and ML models, as well as improvements to system and model performance.
