Agile Pods Methodology

Agile Pods are cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams that bring together design and engineering in order to deliver the right products.

Pods are measured according to four variables: innovation, velocity, quality, and autonomy. We encourage pods to mature over time to become more aligned with our customers’ needs.

What is a pod?

  • Cross-functional Agile team
  • Accountability by engineering and product groups
  • Self contained for synergy and innovation
  • Pod Ecosystem to scale
  • Metric measurement to show maturity
