Joining Adobe, Spotify, Nvidia, Morgan Stanley, and many others, this marks Globant’s second consecutive year earning recognition in Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators program 

 

NEW YORK – July 11, 2023 - Fast Company today announced its fifth annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list, honoring organizations and businesses that demonstrate an inspiring commitment to encourage and develop innovation at all levels. Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally native company focused on reinventing businesses through innovative technology solutions, was named a finalist on the Best Workplaces for Innovations International list for its cultivation of a diverse, inclusive, and growth-centric employee experience.

  • Launching its “Council of Igniters,” the first-ever corporate advisory board made up entirely of members of Generation Z, to provide Globant with a fresh and innovative perspective and attract the next generation of talent 
  • Hosting the third annual edition of its global “Women that Build Awards,” which recognizes influential and inspiring women and non-binary people in IT, both internally and externally
