Globant incorporates Santos Videla as its new Global People Integrations & Organizational Design Director

Santos joins after 10 years in Consumer Product Goods industry holding different People roles in Latin America and Europe

Madrid, October 04, 2021 - Globant (NYSE: GLOB) a digitally native company that offers innovative technology solutions, announced the appointment of Santos Videla as the new Global People Integrations & Organizational Design Director who will be leading the People Integrations Team, orchestrating and boosting our culture initiatives and helping us to continue to design the organization of the future.

Santos holds an Executive MBA Degree from Insper in Brazil and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina. For the last 10 years he worked at one of the top 5 FMCGs globally, where he had different roles in Latin America and Europe and was Global People Director. He has been responsible for several People processes as Employer Branding, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture, People Experience and Internal Communications. As a result of his work, he was recognised as one of the Top 20 HR Influencers in Argentina in 2020.
