Haldo tell us about yourself and what you’re doing in the automation space. “ In terms of augmentation what we do is basically work from the idea of Augmented Organizations and the materialization of our idea in our context in Globant is how we augment the process we typically do in our business, how we apply the automation, the IA ideas to the processes we do everyday with our people. In the IT industry we have 2 main concepts, we have to deal with talent, get talent, keep talent alive and deliver something. So we have algorithms and automation algorithms in the talent side”.
