With over 8 years in the country and more than 3,500 professionals, Globant is strengthening its presence in Mexico and Monterrey by hiring 300 professionals over the next three years, doubling its operation in the city. Additionally, it will open an Innovation Center in Applied Artificial Intelligence for the manufacturing industry in the same city.

Located in the San Pedro Garza García municipality, this new space is envisioned as a strategic hub to enhance professional growth, and its architectural design aims to create a multisensory ecosystem through immersive and dynamic experiences, fostering creativity. It's a 2,000-square-meter space that includes a terrace with a grill. You'll find informal areas within the office such as maternity rooms, entertainment zones, wellness areas, and a music room. The "Chill" area features a Game Cave with various attractions like a batting cage (Baseball), a communal kitchen for team activities, and a pet-friendly space where Globers can bring their pets to the office.
