The platform is recognized for its ability to facilitate engagement and enhance culture across businesses

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Globant, (NYSE: GLOB), a digitally native technology services company, has won two W³ Gold Star Awards in the Mobile Apps/Sites for Business and Mobile Apps/Sites for Productivity categories for its StarMeUp (SMU) platform. The awards recognize StarMeUp for empowering employees to engage in meaningful, timely, social interactions with each other via a robust application.

The W³ Awards honor digital excellence created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers and creators worldwide. AIVA members include executives from organizations such as Fast Company, Wired, Disney, Microsoft, Facebook and more.

"These W³ Award wins further emphasize how StarMeUp is on the cutting edge of transforming organizational culture," said Guibert Englebienne, Globant CTO and co-founder. "For organizations that have employees across cities and even continents, it's crucial to have a way to build a unified culture, connect the workforce and foster collaboration in innovative ways. StarMeUp creates a way to digitize employee interactions within the organization to enable a cohesive organizational culture no matter where an employee is based."
