In this edition we will have two talks focused on the work in the Service Design area. The first, by Yanina Guerzovich, aims to give us an introduction to Service Design and some best practices. Next, Celeste Olivieri will share her experience, highlighting the importance of encouraging creative team work throughout the design process.

We will investigate some tools and have an enriching experience!
