Together, these three organizations will unite efforts and will work as a whole, each one offering their support based on their own specialties.

The scheme of work will follow the following stages:

1- An initial group of 12 people will be trained in Manual Testing inside the IT District in Parque de los Patricios

2- It will include young persons who have finished High School (or that are near to complete it) between 18 and 25 years

3- Each training will last 4 months

6- The students will be permanently accompanied by a tutor and the team of TesteAR

“We are very proud with this program. Since we founded Globant we wanted to collaborate with IT education, and with this initiative we will be able to go even further, extending the opportunities of personal development to vulnerable sectors ", explained Néstor Nocetti, Globant co-founder. “Our industry offers big possibilities, has the capacity to let young people grow, and with that goal in mind we will keep on working.
