This position will require a full-time presence in London, UK.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR RECRUITER WILL BE ADEPT AT:

  • sourcing software engineers in UK
  • screening / interviewing by phone and video
  • understanding our clients business needs as well as the technical needs of positions
  • using online tools to discover and attract top candidates

OUR IDEAL SENIOR RECRUITER WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

  • recruiting technical candidates for staffing or consulting company
  • social network sourcing
  • behavioral interviewing 

OUR IDEAL SENIOR RECRUITER SHOULD HAVE:

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience 
  • fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • a passion for technology
  • a strong professional network within the technology community

  • Work with Director, People advise on, influence talent attraction and selection.
  • Function as a working lead (carrying a requisition load); Manage the life-cycle of assigned positions. 
  • Manage your workload, contribute and add effective value to assigned departmental projects.
  • Recruit, review and interview candidates; manage the life-cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Monitor, analyze the position and provide alternative solutions for locating talent, if needed.
  • Consistently build pipelines and source qualified candidates through creative strategies.
  • Ensure contact with internal and external candidates is always professional and positive.
  • Actively identify candidates using various techniques, strategies, web-based tools, networking and other recruitment events.
  • Stay abreast of market/industry/competitors to provide real time information/advice.
  • Other duties, as needed.

What skills will you possess?

  • Minimum 7-10 years of full-cycle generalist recruitment experience supporting various types of positions as a working lead in such areas as: Technology, Engineering, Operations and Support.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Team Lead or Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Minimum, Bachelors' Degree required; from an accredited collegiate program.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced corporate setting, recommended
  • Minimum experience with a blended corporate & agency environment, required. 
  • Prior recruitment experience in the healthcare industry is a definite plus - but not required. 
  • Experience with customer support, marketing, finance, software and other business roles, desired.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant sourcing, recruitment and selection techniques. 
  • Must be self-directed; ability to multi-task; prioritize to achieve goals and handle a varying workload.
  • Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail.
  • Must thoroughly enjoy and understand the value of recruitment with the desire to only hire the best.
  • Be willing to have fun at work and desire to be part of a great team and company!
